The Martial Man Training Camp 2023
In January 2023 I attended the 14-day internal martial arts retreat held in Chiang Mai Thailand. The camp had 40 international students. Each day we had in-depth hands-on training with one of the 5 Internal world class Tai Chi Masters; Liang De Hua, Richard Huang, Yap Boh Heong, Nima King, and Adam Mizner.
