Pushing Hands is a two person training exercise that promotes softness, relaxation and consciousness. Considered the next critical step in your training, allows one to feel & experience the internal principles of Tai Chi. Pushing Hands works to undo a persons natural instinct to resist force with force, teaching the body to yield to force, redirect & neutralize it.
Push Hands requires two people to engage in a variety of light touch moving & walking routines.
